Basically I bet that I (an unarmed man) will be able to survive a 60 second knife fight without sustaining any injuries.

You can either bet:
1) That I am some kind of Ninja (0 injuries)
2) That I will receive a few cuts, (1 or 2 Injuries)
3) That i will get cut up bad (3-5 injuries), or ...
4) That this fight will be a blood bath (6+ Injuries)

Obviously in a toe-to-toe fight with a man armed with a knife the odds of an average unarmed bloke (like me) lasting more than 10 seconds without injury are at best 50/1. and obviously the longer the fight goes on the more unlikely it is that I would be able to remain uninjured. All in all I reckon the chances of me succeeding are about 500/1

Before you all start to worry, in light of these odds my opponent will be using a rubber knife! As fond of Gottabet as I am, I am not willing to die for it!

Here are a few rules to the bet:

1) The fight will be as realistic as possible, my opponent will attack as if he is going to kill me!
2)Full force Body Blows are allowed but not to the face or head
3) an 'Injury' that would cause me to loose this bet would is any contact with the knife 'blade' or point to any part of my body (excluding the back of my hands) If such a contact occurs this would translate into a disabling cut in a real knife fight and as such I loose the bet.

The 'Fight' will take place Sunday March 11th. and will be videoed so you can all see how well (or badly) I faired. Obviously this will be fairly judged by Myself, My opponent, and by SqueakyZeeky who will act as overall referee.

Participation Fee is 100 peanuts well worth it I think.

It's a pity he couldn't go full at it though, I think he was worried about Jess getting angry if he injured you too badly. I reckon if he had been able to kick and punch to disable you there would have been fewer 'cuts'. I did enjoy the 3rd attempt tho, i'm sure you did too tithers ;)

The knife fight, didn't go quite as planned, since it I wasn't able to get any one to agree to a full contact fight as i hoped and was (for the most part) on the defensive I did worse than I would have liked. I got a bloodbath in the first 2 rounds and cut three/four times in the third round when i decided to fight back. The video should be up today sometime.
