No, no, no and definitly no !! According to the specialist, his speach after that was really good and the knowledge of the topics was great ! NO HE WAS NOT DRUNK as said Toine! He ran just before. Opposants used this vidéo to criticize him and to give a bad image of him.
He is definitely a good president!
