  Tattoo's don't hurt, but I guess its your pain tolerance. I have 18 tattoos and my biggest is an entire back piece. Also ive been dared to add tattoos to my body and i have completed the dares. You can do it im rooting for you ;)

  I thought there was one vaccine in testing, and loads others in early testing. I dont know of one that has been released.
  
  You may be thinking of the BCG jab - usually given at about age 11 here in the UK...
